Calling All Introverts!
Are you looking for a group of like-hearted entrepreneurs with whom you can share challenges, insights and resources that will help us all thrive in an extroverted world?
If your answer is YES!, look no further!
What is it? The Introvert Entrepreneur Circle is a place for you to bring your questions and conundrums, while you receive group coaching and support in a highly personal, confidential space.
This is the fourth in a series of four group coaching sessions, each designed to support you in understanding, owning and leveraging your personal strengths.
How does it work? Group Coaching is an effective and efficient way to receive personal coaching for a fraction of the investment. While one person is being coached, others have the unique opportunity to benefit from the successes, challenges and insights being shared. In fact, you are likely to have some of your own "aha!" moments while listening to someone else being coached.
How is this different from a mastermind or workshop? In a mastermind, the facilitator manages the time and space, with the group providing information to the person with the challenge or question. In a workshop, the leader determines the topic and how the information and content is provided.
In Group Coaching, the leader facilitates and coaches, taking an active role in guiding you to clarity, insight and action. You will benefit from approximately 15 minutes of individual coaching while the group listens; there will be also be time for the group to ask their own questions. If you wish, others in the group can provide feedback, help you brainstorm new possibilities, and set up accountability to keep you focused and on track with your plan or goal.
What are the benefits of Group Coaching?
*Discover new solutions that dramatically increase your ability to reach your goals.
*Share in cross-pollinated learning among fellow Group Coaching participants.
*Enjoy a sense of community - there are others out there!
*Bring your challenges to a space that is nonjudgmental and completely supportive.
*Enhance your listening and leadership skills as you participate in group discussions.
*Be energized by meaningful interaction, thoughtful feedback and fresh perspectives
What are some of the topics we might talk about? You determine the focus of your 15 minutes of personal coaching time. It can be anything that will help you move forward personally and professionally.
Examples of topics that may come up, for you or others: managing your energy... prioritizing and dealing with feelings of overwhelm... reframing and claiming your introverted preferences as a strength... networking with ease and authenticity... balancing alone time with social/networking/"out there" time.
Why only introverts? As introverts, we have different energy levels, challenges and strengths than extroverts. Just as we benefit from being with (small!) groups of people who share our profession or hobby, we can be energized and inspired by being with people who understand and respect our personality preferences and how they affect our lives and choices.
