Spirit Writing, also known as Automatic Writing - is writing that is inspired or channeled from a higher realm. Most of the material that is authored by humans, comes through from a higher source.

In this class we will learn about our energy centers and we will identify HOW the information (writing material) comes in through each of our centers.

We will do practice writing sessions. Even if you do not consider yourself a 'writer', you will be able to do this type of writing!

The instructor, Suzanne, will channel and present a reading for each class participant, using Automatic Writing.

All students will receive a journal, class handout and guided meditation CD!
