Palos Verdes Cardio Blast

This will be two to three hour cardio workout, hiking at a fast pace up and down the hills. You need to be in good shape. Challenge yourself! I've designed this hike to maximize the uphill parts. We'll be blasting up the hills, intervals really. Should be fun!
We'll be hiking in the Palos Verdes Nature Preserve, at the end of Crenshaw Blvd. in Rancho Palos Verdes. Fantastic views, nice trails, and a great workout.
This hike is not for beginners.
I suggest wear a light layer and carry one water bottle, no heavy packs needed.
We will meet at the Del Cerro Park sign, at the entrance to the park, at the corner of Park Place and Crenshaw Blvd. Please allow plenty of time for parking, we will begin the hike on time.
