I am studying how games can assist in making people interested in science.
The information about games use in communicating scientific information is very scarce, so I am interested in theoretical background of this approach, and how to create games that are interesting for people and have educational value. I am not a programmer, so I am not interested in technical details, but I want to learn about different approaches that make games useful for understanding some scientific issues. My internship is mainly about ethical issues of synthetic biology (creating novel antibiotics), so deeper understanding of the process may assist in understanding of the nature of this process and change perception of it.
