Opening of the 5 senses - QiGuan QiGong

This series of 5 LIVE QiGong online classes utilises Classical QiGong training methods to stimulate & open the 5 sense organs.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine the Qi or Vital Energy of the Five Organs: Lungs, Kidneys, Liver, Heart & Spleen flows from the organs themselves along Acupuncture meridians & flowers into the 5 senses: Lungs - Nose; Kidneys - Ears; Liver - Eyes; Heart - Tongue & Spleen - Mouth.

Traditional QiGong training methods are used to stimulate the Five Organs & move Qi along the Acupuncture meridians culminating in the opening & cleansing of the 5 senses.
Stimulating the 5 senses in this manner allows for greater clarity & perception with ones' senses as the sense organ "receptor" (nose, ears, eyes, tongue & mouth) has an increase of Qi flowing through it. This practice also nourishes the Qi field in the area of the 5 senses creating balance & harmony in the 5 senses whilst expanding the potential range of awareness.

Traditional Chinese Medicine regards the entire human Qi field to be inter related & utilises diagnosis of the 5 senses to detect imbalances of the organ Qi. The 5 senses can also be used to stimulate the Five organs, for example in the well known practice of Auricular Acupuncture.

This practice has the numerous health benefits of QiGong.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
