QI GONG Energy 1-1 sessions allow you to learn the ancient Chinese QI GONG Energy skills & techniques that have been practiced for thousands of years throughout China and are part of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Through various QI GONG Energy methods you can learn to cultivate your Qi/Vital Energy in the 3 DanTians/Energy reservoirs and then guide and balance the flow of Qi/Vital Energy throughout the JingLuo (Energy Meridians) & the ZangFu (Zang refers to the Energy of the Yin organs: Heart, Liver, Spleen, Lungs and Kidneys - Fu refers to the Energy of the Yang organs - Small Intestine, Large Intestine, Gall Bladder, Urinary Bladder, Stomach and SanJiao).

You will be working with the:

• Qi fields of the organs such as the Heart, Liver, Spleen, Lungs and Kidneys
• Energy Meridians & Qi flows
• Connection techniques to External Qi fields such as Di - Earth & Tien- Cosmos
• Cultivating the 3 Treasures Qi/Energy, Jing/Essence & Shen/Spirit
• Alchemical methods of QI GONG
