This will be a weekly 2.5 hour drawing workshop held by Chris, our Pilates/Yogilates instructor and Artist! Chris will offer instruction & critique to artists in whatever media they choose to work in. If you are a more experienced artist and don't want instruction or critique, you can feel free just to come take advantage of the model and creative atmosphere. The group will work from a live model or still-life, and is geared towards artists of any level, beginner to professional. $20 per session. $175 for 10 sessions. $15 for students.
For those of you who just plan to draw, the material list is as follows:
Drawing board - Minimum 18"x24"
Newsprint Pad - Minimum 11"x14"
Vellum Drawing Pad - Minimum 11"x14"
Colored Sheets of Paper Various Sizes (optional)
2 Large Metal Art Clamps
Vine Charcoal
Black Charcoal, varied softness
Colored Charcoal or Pastel (optional)
Conte Crayon (optional)
HB 2B 4B Pencils
Sharpener
Needed Rubber Eraser
Gum Eraser
Smudging Stick (optional)
Chamois (optional)
