This group is for Southland users (or potential users) of Groovy / Grails technologies. All levels are encouraged to come out and participate in tutorials, discussions, presentations and networking. Groovy is a Java scripting language and ecosystem, and Grails is Java's answer to Ruby on Rails: Groovy-based web applications with scaffolding, object-relational mapping, Groovy server pages and more.

"No problems. If it were at eHarmony I'd need a range of dates just to make sure A) I can attend (lol!) and B) we don't have another meetup that night. We host quite a few! (Clojure, SM JUG, etc)."
