Have you noticed how many people you see on our streets and parks enjoying everything from Tai-chi to biking and walking? Wouldn't it be fun to get together with others and have fun while exercising and learning about health and wellness?
We're getting together a group of men and women who would like to meet for hikes, walks, health and wellness workshops and events, healthy cooking and eating and a variety of other wellness activities that will evolve with the group.
