In the winter 4 times a week. In the summer and fall 5-6 times per week.
2 years. I run 5ks and 10Ks.
Every year I like to see my self progressing. Lowering that time baby, lowering that time. lol
Yoga, hiking, biking, travel and dining out (fine dining and not so fine).
Do you know what I like best about running? When it's over. It's a necessary evil like eating your peas or getting a flu shot.
I didn't see any of the other members who RSVped for this event but to be honest, I don't think I would have recognized them anyway since I never met them before. Anyhoo, so far I think the group is pretty good, keeps me motivated even if it's just email reminders telling me about practices going on during the week.
