Emergency Social for Pavel Vlasov (fxzuz)

Pavel is visiting NYC from Russia and currently works for ostrovok.ru. Pavel is very active in the Russian open source community. He will be giving an informal 10 minute summary of YAPC::EU this year in Kiev (at no particular time, just once we've reached a quorum).

If the weather is nice, we'll probably be out back in the Bier Garden.
