Heal Your Life - Louise Hay Weekend Workshop

This is a powerful two day workshop and during the weekend you will experience exercises that help you to identify old limiting beliefs, and then let go of them so that you can love yourself and others more fully. We will work on the four aspects of self: body, mind, spirit and emotions and you will learn why you may be sabotaging yourself or recreating the same undesirable situations over and over in your life.

Brief Overview of Workshop

The first day is spent getting back in touch with your real self. This is an opening up process, getting back in touch with parts of ourselves including thoughts and feelings we may not have had for a long time. Day two builds on this work, the changes are already taking place and we can go to a deeper level.

•Open yourself up to an abundance of love
•what work would really make you happy
•Use affirmations and positive thought to support yourself and create the life you want
Participants are requested to bring a hand size mirror to the workshop.
