SharQui... The belly dance workout™ is a total body workout that also teaches you the building blocks of bellydance. Created by Oreet, an exercise pro and professional dancer for over 15 years, the SharQui ™ method is for women who want a fun new way to work out. It is a total body workout that will get your heart pumping strengthen your core, and have you looking and feeling beautiful.
If you need a regenerating workout come and try our yoga basic class. Through asanas (physical poses) and breathing exercises we will increase flexibility and muscle toning while reducing stress and fatigue. We will learn to apply yoga teachings outside the practice to our daily lives thereby further reducing the anxiousness we build. Come and start developing a practice will grow with you throughout your entire life.
Come dance your way fit with us in our 900sq ft. dance studio located in downtown Cranford. Ample parking avaioable in rear of building. We are located in the lower level. Bus and train station one block walking distance. Also available for hourly rentals.
