This is a multi-purpose fitness group that includes running and hiking. The dates and times will be announced on an event to event basis. Most of the activities will occur just North of Baltimore.
This group was designed to bring people together in support of physical fitness and to share workout ideas with the basic desire to encourage one another to excel and keep fit.
