Meet and Tweet—Let's meet and explore the Solano ARTWALK

Details
Let's explore the Solano Artwalk and talk a bit about Twitter.
A lot of us aren't in love with Twitter.
Some mention that it feels like a crew of salespeople trying to get us to buy what they’re selling.
Others feel that their writing talent can’t be contained in a mere 140 characters.
Personally, I feel like there’s so much noise that you have to scream to be heard—unless you have the luxury of having forged a long-term online community.
Let's meet to talk Twitter tips and tricks on turning real human people into online friends.
The Gallery
Snack on sushi from a local Japanese restaurant while exploring a doll house exhibit, as well as art from Oakland artist, Destinee Privado.
And if you're into clay, stay for a polymer sculpture class from 4-6 at the gallery. Our member Patrick runs this community space, which you can also use as a free open meetup space. Everything is donation based, from the classes to participating in the Art Shows.
Patrick welcomes all Oaklanders to Berkeley! :)
The ARTWALK
There are many events and exhibitions planned, so there will be plenty to blog/tweet about!
If you haven't been to Solano Ave, it's in the middle of a vibrant, artistic community—with plenty of food, art, and shopping to fill your Saturday.
You can also climb the nearby Indian Rock, for amazing views of the entire bay.
