An adventure is defined as an exciting or unusual experience.

 If you say you are adventurous but don't find yourself actually doing anything adventurous,then this group is for you. One is not the loneliest number, it's a beginning.

       The Group name is from the start date of 11-1-11 and Our first meet up will be on 11-11-11.

     I love trying new adventures but who wants to buy all the equipment they sometimes require? And the planning....the trying to convince your friends to go with you....the ease of being able to chicken out when it's just you....the regret of missed opportunities....it can all just be too hard. So, this group will organize it for you - the adventure, the equipment, the instruction, the venue, etc.

     Our adventurous life will mostly include adventurous physical activities(Camping,Cook-Outs, Hiking,Biking, Kayaking,White Water Rafting,Zip Lining,Horseback Riding,Golf,Happy Hours, Festivals, Dancing, etc), but be prepared for other exciting adventures and weekend get-aways.

 In "The Ones" you will get to do things you have always wanted to do but never had a group of people to do them with and you probably wouldn't go to by yourself. Get ready to finally start checking things off of your bucket list.

     All members are required to have a photo (face PIC) of themselves in their profile. This makes it easier for the group organizer to find people at events.

Be advised that these type of events do cost money, often require the organizers to put up deposits from their own pockets, and require a great deal of legwork to organize. As a result, we ask that when you RSVP yes, you are committing to the event and its associated fees. Also keep in mind that running a Meetup group is not free for organizers so all Meetups will have a fee built in to contribute to the expenses incurred by the organizers. In return, you will have a great time without the hassle of planning the logistics. The hardest part will be deciding which cool new thing to do this month!

      Because of the nature of our activities,this group is for Couples/Singles (no children or pets). Adults only. We are an outgoing group that likes to explore new places, try new things, and meet new people all while having fun.
