Compassionate Parenting Beach Camping Weekend

Our hope and vision is to provide a space for families to gather, live, support each other, and connect to their children in a 'no-fault zone', compassionate heart space.

We hope to co-create this weekend with you and enjoy nature, connect with each other, offer empathic space and support for all.

Using Open Space Technology, we envision that individuals will offer their unique gifts to each other such as discussions around Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Parenting, Peace Dialogue/Circle role-plays, social-emotional games with children, cooperative games, and any other services like Reiki, yoga, tai chi... or simply enjoying the beach and building sand castles!

September 14-16, 2012
Arrival Friday afternoon/evening and departure Sunday afternoon - or anytime in between! Come even for an afternoon or day if you are nearby!

Cape Henlopen State Park
Camping sites (plant your own tent!)

We will take confirmed reservations and payments to secure camping sites close to each other until Sunday July 15th.

• Specify how many nights (1 or 2) you will camp and which night (Fri and/or Sat) so we can reserve your spot accordingly. *

*you can be two tents/1 car/max 8 people per site if you want to partner with another family. Pets seem to be welcome. Refer to the Cape Henlopen website for more information.

Contact Mali to know which camp sites were reserved beforehand so you can reserve as close to the group as possible.

Camping Pricing
$32/night
$10 cancellation fee will be required if you cancel and we can't fill up your spot.

Weekend Pricing
Weekend is FREE.
Donations are welcome to sustain Mali's work to bring compassionate parenting to families in the DC area and can be taken during the weekend or coordinated by email.
