Welcome to the Philadelphia Glamour Photography Group. Our membership consists of the area's finest photographers, models, makeup artists, designers, and related artists. Our members are primarily located in five states (PA,NJ,NY,DE and MD), but also around the world, and they range from full time professionals to serious amateurs and even beginners. All of them share a passion and commitment to creating art, and the results are evident in the past shoots showcased in our site. Our uniquely created monthly and/or special events are designed to foster a creative, productive, and enjoyable experience for all involved. We have several professional studios to choose from for our shoots, along with hosting events at various outside locations.

Many of our photographers use state of the art digital equipment (both medium and full frame), while some still use the traditional film cameras. Some bring their own lighting and gear, while others use a basic approach. Our styles and techniques may vary, but we all have a love of photography and are willing to share our knowledge with others. All levels of photographers are welcome to join, as we do our best to learn from the pros, and to help get the beginners started on the right path.

Our models vary from professional to amateur, and cover a wide variety of genres, including fashion, print, glamour, and much more. Models attend our events for free, and through attending gain a near priceless selection of quality images. Our shoots can be either TF* (trade-for) or paid, so there are many opportunities for the proactive model. Online portfolios are complimented by a presence in our group, as models are able to quickly network with photographers and related artists, and to get the inside scoop on events that help to promote their modeling careers.

Related artists that appreciate the world of glamour photography are encouraged to join the group, as there are many ways of interpreting glamour photography. Designers, painters, stylists, event producers, are just a few of the related artists that are welcome to join and enhance the photography experience.

Knowledge and careers are advanced through proactive networking, and some shots take the input of many views to make it happen. With exceptional sponsors helping out with some of our events, participants will have many opportunities that would not normally be found in the average photography workshop.

Feel free to make this your home. Interact, communicate, and attend the events as often as you can. Share your ideas, questions, and even concerns with us. You are among friends and we all strive to excel in our craft and help others along the way. Your life will change for the better through attending our events, as the contacts you make will likely stay with you for a long time after.
