The Phoenix Rising Wellness Group

Hello and Welcome to The Phoenix Rising Wellness Group,

   This meet up group was created out of a love and thirst for wellness education.

   I was motivated to start such a group by people like Dr. Andrew Weil asking us to take responsibility for our health.To seek out preventative ways to avoid illness and disease.

   From this inspiration I began to organize wellness education classes for myself to learn and for others to enjoy as well. The first one started June 2009. Since then we have had all types of wellness instructors, experts and enthusiasts who have shared ways to stay optimally fit, peaceful and positive in our energies.

   We welcome you to attend the classes, lunches or discussions and we encourage you to contribute topics to cover and share your input on the wellness matters.
