Chocolate Tasting & More's Downtown Portland Chocolate Walk, chances are you experienced the wonderful chocolate creations at
Pazzo Ristorante with Executive Chef John Eisenhart or Sous Chef Gavin Russell. We now have even more wonderful news to share: We've teamed up with these chefs and their talented pastry team to present you an chocolate afternoon not to be missed. Join us in
the Pazzo Wine Cellar for a two hour submersion into the sweet and savory side of cacao. Here's what Pazzo's has planned for us:
Hors de Oeuvres
Beets, cocoa and rosemary shortbread
Duck and pear caramelized in chocolate and chili
Bay scallops, cocoa nibs and lemon verbena
Bittersweet chocolate at 95°f spiced shortbread
Knot chocolate brownies and milk
Chocolate bubbles, devils food cake and berries
Cookies, chocolate, caramel, salt
Lightest chocolate mousse so far…..
