Hey guys, great meeting you all yesterday.

Regarding rejection, I found this guy's site very interesting. He went around and tried to get rejected everyday for 100 days straight. Here is his site:

    http://www.fearbuster.com/100-days-of-rejection-therapy/

On only his 3rd day he made a crazy request at a Krispy Kreme donut shop and walked out with exactly what he asked for:

I think this goes along well with what Will said about trying new things and realizing that many things in life aren't as big a deal as we make them out to be. Looking forward to seeing you guys again next time.

    Hey Doug-

I like the sound of your last sentence. Change is not something that happens by itself. It requires a commitment of time, energy, dedication, and perseverance. That's true whether your goal is to lose weight, write a song, build a career, or grow as a man. And going public with your commitment is a good way to help you keep it. And it takes balls to do it. So good for you.
