This is one of most favorite and topics and I think there is no more important question.
My deepest Self. That quiet still place inside of me that connects to the Universe, the Power and all things. I love the description in "I AM ME" by Virginia Satir.
Old brainwashing. Myself repeating the old railroad tracks patterns that were put on me when I was young and very young and older by some ignorant people I thought represented the whole world.
I'm not sure I believe them on a conscious level anymore but they still pop up somewhere beneath too often. But now I am aware enough to fight them.
Self-judgement. Turning on the Self in so many ways. Not enough Self-Confidence, Self-Love and Approval.
I am a Certified Life Coach and Hypnotist who originally comes from Providence, RI. I have been clean and sober for 18 years and Spirituality is a priority in my life. I work in the areas of addiction and codependency and I have too many dogs.
