I hope you are all staying cool in this hot weather.....maybe we are getting what we'd asked for, after a cold winter. What do you think?
Our monthly book discussion will take place on Wednesday, July 24th at 7:00 pm, at the Panera Bread in Warwick, in the Trader Joes' shopping plaza.
We've had a lot of interest in the book title: Spiritual Wisdom on Conquering Fear. I'd like to personally invite you to come and discuss the book (you will be provided with a copy if you've not attended previously) and your ideas on moving past fear and keeping your eye on your goals and dreams.
Here's the title of our chapter for this month:
"How Seeing the Past Can Loosen Fear's Grip"
"A woman in NYC we'll call her Amber, had a fear of icebergs since childhood. To travel from one area of her city to another meant a ride on a ferry, and she disliked boat rides. Nor did she care to swim near rocks......She'd often wondered about this fear of rocks in water, and her intense fear of boats....."
When fear is a dominant player in your life, it steals the joy and freedom of living. What can you do about it?
What is the origin of fear and how do we get beyond it?
Come and join the discussion on this compelling topic, that affects all of us, on a daily basis. This powerful book provides solutions to an everyday challenge. Moving forward in this life is all about confidence and inner strength. This wisdom is easy to tap into.
Spiritual Wisdom on Conquering Fear books will be provided at class. Sign up if the time works for you.
All the best and much love,
