Semantic Web technologies for Content Management Systems

The goal of this meetup is to share experiences and disseminate/show semantic applications for content management systems (CMS)

The ideal contributions to this meetup are (not limited to): (i) demos of software applications based on semantic web technologies and linked data that allow to enhance functionalities of CMS, (ii) experiences in applying semantic web technologies to CMS, and (iii) requirements from CMS providers/users for semantic functionalities.

The meetup will start with a presentation by Valentina Presutti (STLab, ISTC-CNR) who will give some detail about the IKS project experience [1], and Andrea Nuzzolese (STLab, ISTC-CNR) who will show a demo of an open source software (part of the IKS project) where semantic web technologies are exploited for search engine optimization, in particular for automatically producing RDF for Google Rich Snippets.
