The San Rafael Voice and Sound Improvisation Group

My desire to form this group, is rooted in my love of sound. I'm especially inspired by what happens when 'two or more' are gathered for voice improvisation and toning; healing through artistic channels. There is great joy in unifying our voice with another as well as the excitement of 'being on the edge' of allowing the voice to travel, while listening to another. I would like this group to be in artistic and soulful integrity. If you want to inspire, be inspired, and expand into/through sound, let's join up!

At this time in our world, where technology has infiltrated most aspects of our lives, I want to create a group that also has awareness of the potential impact of bringing sound into the world through our individual and collective voices; that our contribution free of computers, corporate structure, old/current artistic and business models, has purpose in revealing and sharing the power of sonic spontaneity.
