Whether you are a seasoned marathoner or a novice runner, you have come to the right place. Most of our runs, unless otherwise specified, are designed to accommodate all fitness levels.

3 mile interval run - stretching at 5:15 am, run starts promptly at 5:30am
We will be done by 6:00am - plenty of time to get ready for work (or go back to sleep)!
All speeds and abilities are welcome. This run is a very easy to follow rectangle shaped route. Our interval runs are structured so that we all stay together. Read more
