Scottsdale Traders and Investors February Meetup

Hi Everyone!

Come join us for our next Meetup on Tuesday, February 28 , 2012!

The Meetup will begin at 6 pm---yes that’s 6pm---- at Temple Solel located at 6805 E. McDonald Drive in Paradise Valley. You can come directly from work and eat at one of the many great restaurants in the neighborhood!

We will meet in the large social hall that will be set up in theater style seating. You may want to arrive at 5:30pm for “official pre-meeting networking”.  In addition, we will have time for networking between the first and second hour as well.

Our speaker, Greg Dallesandri,  will be returning live, for the third time!!   Greg’s most recent presentation was in May, 2011, and a significant number of members have requested a return appearance for “ Part 2 Followup.” Greg's presentations have been awe-inspiring, entertaining and filled with profound revelations of the inner workings of all markets.   Greg has been a full time trader for 13 years. He is the founder of TradingFaith.com and the author of “God’s Rhythm: The Key to Prosperity for this Age”.

Greg has integrated “The Universal Law of Growth and Rest” AND “The Universal Law of Repetition”, into a unique trading strategy that foresees price action with significant predictability. He will demonstrate how the combination of both laws creates a rhythm that is evident in the physical world and how Man and the markets move with that rhythm. These markets include stocks, futures, currencies, real estate, gold, silver, oil, etc.

Greg’s presentation will include a quick review of his  May 2011 presentation, for those of you who did  not attend.  The following topics will be covered.:

  1. The Law of Growth and Rest, and The Law of Repetition as applied to trading all markets.
  2. Foundational Trading Rules that pinpoint “issues between the ears”, i.e. fixing the way you think.
  3. Applying this new thinking to define the principles to take live trades, not just in the futures markets but in the stock market.
  4.  Greg will solicit stock picks from the group to demonstrate live, how you can more precisely time and pinpoint your entries on ANY time frame.  If you only trade futures contracts,   this presentation will be of great benefit to you as well, because the principles are identical on all markets.

This presentation will be relevant to both active traders and longer term investors inasmuch as Greg will pinpoint entries on daily charts and as well as any other shorter term charts.  The entries follow the same rules no matter what time frame you trade!!!

Many members indicate their product interest on their name badges. Throughout the evening,  you will have opportunities to network with other traders who trade your product(s).

Please R.S.V.P.     I look forward to seeing you all there!!!   ....Amy

Greg is both an inspirational and entertaining presenter. I am motivated by his experiences to work on simplifying my trading instead of complicating it even more with the latest "new key to trading success".

It was fun to see everyone challenged to think about trading in a simple manner.

I really liked Greg's broad general thoughts about trading, especially comparing it to other business ventures. I am not sure I will ever use his methodology, but it was simple and logical. It would be interesting to hear from some of his students and how they have successfully used it.

Greg had great enthusiasm and ideas. I really enjoyed the presentation. I think it would have helped me even more if after the initial presentation we could have moved on a little quicker to the charts and gotten Greg's thoughts on 2 or 3 indexes and 2 or 3 stocks, moving back and forth between the white board, charts and quizzing us. Regardless, a lot of good information. Thanks

I liked the simplicity of Greg's approach to trading. Time will tell if it turns out that simple for me!

I sat at about mid depth in the room, on the right side. What I could see of the board was dim and most of the examples were below my line of sight. I suspect that I did not get the concept. I would like to know the mans name or a web site.

Greg is on to something in terms of simplicity of strategy. Would liked to have spent more time looking at charts during this presentation. Greg may have had one too many 5 hr Energys this night.

I thought Greg did an outstanding job communicating "his" strategy on trading the E-mini's. I was excited to begin paper trading this morning and will move to real money as soon as my account is approved for Futures. I'm sold on the KISS strategy.

This was the third opportunity I have had to hear Greg and he gave another outstanding presentation. Like they say, third time is a charm. I think I now have a good understanding of his method and philosophy of trading and I see what he was describing last night in the movement of the market today.
