We welcome people of any Christian church as well as people of any faith and those simply seeking. We will practice an ancient way of Christian meditation called Centering Prayer.

Each meeting will have a 20 minute period of Centering Prayer, then a DVD or reading of some material designed to deepen your practice of Centering Prayer.

Come and learn a transformative way of meditation that is thoroughly Christian. Come and meet others interested in meditation. Come to plunge into silence, God's first language.

All meetings are held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church at 12319 New Hampshire Ave in Silver Spring. We gather in the school library, which has a sign out front indicating where to go.
