Use of Ext JS and Sencha Touch in a real-world .NET app.

6:45pm - 7:15pm - Ext JS SaaS Business App Development and Upgrade

Nigel Dahl and Jon Sloper from xampe (www.xampe.com) demonstrate how Ext JS has been used within their multi-tenant SaaS application, and how they're handling the upgrade to Ext JS 4.

7:15pm - 7:45pm - Native iOS development

Presentation and demonstration of native iOS application development.

Really enjoyed it. Very well organized by Dan. All the presentations were great. As newbies, it gave us a good introduction to the Sencha world.

Enjoyed this meetup, good to see some of the different approaches used with ExtJS, and mobile development. It was also good to see such a large turnout for the event, we were pretty much fully booked up. This has already become a large and diverse group, and it was encouraging to see so many people turn up.

Looking forward to the next meetup already. It would be interesting to perhaps hear from other attendees about what they might like to see at future events and what their expectations are. 2 meetups down, and hopefully the group will continue to grow well, and people will remain interested :)

Oh, and hey, you can't knock the free food ;)

It was a very informative meetup. The Iphone and Android presentation proved most useful but it was also good to learn more about the Ext JS technology.

Great to meet so many dedicated and enthusiastic Sencha users. The presentations were awesome and well delivered.
What was interesting was how many new users were coming to take a look, a trend I imagine that will be replicated at other meetups.
Sublimely hosted by the team at BMT Group - thanks.

Both my colleague and I found the first half dragged a little... Second two speakers were fantastic about the iPhone and Android, glad we came for those two :)
