Meditation Group by The Spiritual Highway

Weekly meditation class every Wednesday night at 7:30. Jeffrey Ringer guides the meditation. We do a variety of mindfulness meditation practices and chakra meditations in this class.

Jeffrey has been studying and practicing spirituality and metaphysics for many years. It has become his passion and purpose in life to share this knowledge and practice with others and to help them along their spiritual paths. Jeffrey co-founded The Spiritual Highway in 2011 with this in mind. His foundation for the meditative practices comes from several disciplines. The basis of most his meditative teaching begins with mindfulness. Jeffrey’s meditation classes include a period of discussion about the practice, sharing experiences and knowledge. Jeffrey focuses more on the knowledge that he has learned and feels from his own practice and the energy of the group. As he has studied many different meditative disciplines, he brings a variety of these to his work.
