At the Suwanee Shaolin Center, students will develop the foundation and basic skills needed to learn the traditional empty hand, animal and weapon forms of Shaolin martial arts. In doing this, they will master basic self-defense techniques, increase their flexibility, focus, and improve their overall health. The training here will not only challenge students, but also increase their ability to relax and enjoy their lives.
No experience is necessary, and the first class is free!

The benefits of these programs include: development of self-defense skills, reduced stress, strengthened and toned muscles, increased bone density, and improved balance and flexibility. Read more
