The Sweatlodge offers an integrative approach to mind, body, spirit and personal training for people of all levels. Led by Rossana Jeran, an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Mindfulness Meditation teacher, her practice/class synthesizes personal training with meditation creating a unique, effective and FUN session that address all of your needs for well-being in one hour! Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up or simply decompress, the practice is targeted to burn fat, improve cardiovascular performance and maximize your time with an innovative, interval based work out that increases aerobic and anaerobic pathways at the same time.
After 16 minute cardio blast, we'll move into strength and flexibility work, using weights, yoga postures and isometrics. The session ends with a quieting of the mind, a settling into oneself to reconnect mind and body with your true nature. Together its physical and spiritual fitness for modern times and the result is pure bliss.
