Fortnightly breakfast meetup

Our first meetup last week was a great success, thank you to everyone who attended! Since we all got a lot out of it, we will try to have these every fortnight, as there is still so much to learn and discuss.

Our vision is the same: to have a regular breakfast meetup for data scientists, analysts, and just people interested in data to discuss their experiences and learn from each other. Our agenda will generally include one or two presentations, a get-to-know-you session, and an open discussion.

Agenda 21/10/2015:

• Brief overview and recap of the last meetup

• Round-table introduction - background and experiences. This week I would encourage attendees to offer a brief opinion on data privacy.

This week we will be at Westpac Place. Please report to reception, we will be on Level 22. Unfortunately we can't bring food (not much of a breakfast meetup, but hey) but drinks are fine so grab a coffee and head on up!
