Welcome to the Sydney Photography Meetup Group. This is a non-commercial group for any photography enthusiast, both professional and beginner, who likes a fun, laidback and entertaining environment to talk about photography. Topics discussed can be anything from photography, digital photography, photoshop or camera equipment. The aim is to have regular meetups where we can have some fun taking photographs in new places, getting tips from fellow photographers and have a few drinks while comparing photos. As well as organising events in and around Sydney there will be opportunities for day trips to venues outside of Sydney too.

Since we are a new group we would like some suggestions about other activities that could be organised in the future. Some examples of what might be possible are photography tutorials, workshops and competitions.
