What we’re about
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to inspire and inform Australian leaders, and through them organisations, to increase their competitive advantage by more fully achieving agility and value maximisation.
We’re about a lot more than Scrum now. We’re about inspiring and supporting anyone who is interested in a way of working that has more agility and produces higher value at a scale that matters.
Whether you are using SAFe, the Spotify Model, Scrum, Kanban, BVSSH, Team Topologies, a custom Agile way of working or something else, you are warmly invited to join us. All you need is a belief in continuous improvement i.e. that there is always “better”.

See all- Scaling Self Managing Organisations and what they need for successOnset Group Pty Ltd, Surry Hills
Session description
Self Managing Organisations are outperforming traditional organisations in various industries throughout the world, making their competitors have to pause and think. They are outperforming in all the success metrics, but what makes some succeed and some not, what are the factors they pay attention to that make it work?
Join us to examine factors that the most successful organisations pay close attention to, increasing the odds of success and ensure sustainability and scalability and to outperform others in their industries.
Alidad and Dave will bring examples from the field, looking at a few self-managing organisations across a range of industries. We will also go a little deeper into one to see how they stack up against these key performance factors.
What you can expect is to have a new lens to use to examine if your organisation has what it takes and the areas that you might need to work on to have a similar shift in your organisation. When
