Timisoara Agile Software Meetup: The Kanban Game
Details
As OpenAgile Timisoara is on October 6th, we've moved the date for this Meetup to the second Tuesday of October, on 9th.
In the past, Carmen Munteanu helped us get an introduction to Kanban. Now, in the first part, Flavius Stef will help us understand how it feels to be part of a team doing lean software development using Kanban. We'll all be part of a game where we tackle concepts like visualization, pull systems, bottlenecks and limiting work in progress. If you are usually tired in the evenings, please leave the seat open.
After this game, if time allows us, we'll be discussing interesting aspects of the OpenAgile Timisoara Conference, happening on October 6th.
