It's time to celebrate Mexican Cinco de Mayo two days early at Casa Fiesta in SANDUSKY! The beans, guacamole and rice are all vegan, all the time and they have agreed to make whole grain brown Spanish rice for us.  They have also agreed to make vegan tamales which  you hardly ever get. They were delicious last time and what we didn't order, our group took home as take out, they were so good. We will be ordering from the regular menu in addition to our brown rice and tamales.

This meetup is in conjunction with the Vegetarian Society of Northern Ohio which is in Norwalk. As some of you know, who have attended our Chinese New Year and Lunar Festival celebration restaurant outings, these things can be a lot of fun and you can meet some like-minded folks.

I know it's a long drive, but it should be a great time. Hope you can make it. Bring your friends. Some of you who attended our outing in Norwalk last May have asked when we would be back again, so here it is. Hope to see you there! We are moving to Sandusky this time. Same owner,Gustavo, same everything, but closer to the freeway for the city folk.

 Ole, etc!

The restaurant's phone number is 419 609-0875. The address is 1007 Perkins Ave, Sandusky. It's not far from 90 or the turnpike, same for Rt 20.

IF you bring a guest or spouse, etc, who is not veg, please ask them to refrain from ordering meat at our meetups. Not everyone enjoys seeing it or smelling it.

Also please refrain from strong fragrances. They can aggravate asthma and trigger migraines, etc.
