In her 2012 book Content Strategy For Mobile, Karen explains how organizations need to create adaptive content in order to deal with the shift to mobile. Now in 2014, new devices and platforms continue to proliferate, and organizations still struggle to develop a content strategy to support them. In this talk, she will describe lessons learned and next steps for creating adaptive content.

Karen McGrane plays nicely in the content strategy, information architecture, and interaction design sandboxes. She is Managing Partner at Bond Art + Science, a UX consultancy she founded in 2006, and formerly VP and National Lead for User Experience at Razorfish.
