10K Run Every Sat from Now Till Spring

When: 8:30am EVERY Saturday (except Christmas, New Year, and Easter long weekends)

Where: Extreme Fitness Bloor-Yorkville (NW corner of Bay and Bloor). Convene inside. Full use of lockers/changerooms/showers BEFORE and AFTER. Please bring a combination lock to secure your belongings during the run

Why: To maintain/improve your run conditioning by running through the off-season, and to get ready for spring and the races that lie ahead!

    Hi Annetta, the quick answer is this. First, come join us for a few Saturdays. If you like what you see, the cost is a one-time tax-deductible donation to our charity in support of youth mental health. The amount is ~$10/month, pro-rated for the number of months between your start and the end of our off-season in at end of April. For example, if someone started in Dec, that's 5 mos x $10/month, or a $50 tax-deductible donation.
