The Portable Emergency Kit

We are very pleased to announce our next workshop with Stefan Verstappen, our local survivalist / "prepper".

Often called a Bug Out Bag (BOB) a Portable Emergency Kit is an essential component of any disaster plan. This seminar goes over the uses and differences between an Emergency Evacuation, and 'Bugging Out'. Stefan will bring in a sample kit and go through the contents explaining the need and function for each item.

Attendees will learn:

The five categories of items all kits should contain. The dangerous myths of Bugging Out. How to carry everything you need to survive three days on your person. The little known alternative escape routes the can get you out of the city unnoticed. and much more All attendees will receive a print out of the workshop's highlights and include suggested lists for items you should have in your kit.
