Surviving Disasters Seminar
No matter where you live there is always the risk that you may have to deal with a natural or man-made disaster.
In addition, we are also increasingly being threatened with financial collapse, social unrest, war and terrorism.
Currently government emergency and health services are barely coping with demand. If even a moderate disaster were to occur in your area you will have to fend for yourself.
The good news is that with a little planning and a small investment in supplies and equipment, you can dramatically improve your chances or staying safe and healthy in any emergency.
Based on the book The Art of Urban Survival, This seminar is ideal for community groups and teaches life saving preparedness skills that can be applied to dozens of natural and man made disasters.
Participants will learn:
- How to make a disaster plan
- What to do during an emergency
- How to assemble a home, car and pocket survival and first aid kits.
- The essential items you need to keep in your home
- How to survive war, terrorism, riots, and natural disasters
- How to organize and conduct a search & rescue team to find lost family members
