House for sale, with a south-facing slope and a permaculture learning garden

Hi all,

Sharing with you, because I would love to sell my house to someone that would appreciate the enormous garden (kale is a weed, here!).  Located in west Coquitlam within walking distance to the skytrain, lovely old house (1930s), well-built and updated.  2 bedrooms, 2 offices (could be bedrooms?). 1 bathroom (another relatively easy to put in, either upstairs or in the basement).  Big, spacious kitchen, big shop.  2400 sq ft.  Honestly, if I weren't leaving the lower mainland, I'd stay in this house forever.  It's got a heat pump, so it can be cool in the summer, but we rarely use it as the house is intelligently built to stay cool by itself.  It's newly legal to build a coach house in the back, and there's lots of room if you want to do that (several neighbours have already done so).

Here's a link: <http://www.ecorealtyinc.ca/listing?id=260359704>.

I'd so love to sell it to someone that will love the garden as I do, and continue to help it change and grow.  It's so hard, leaving something I've poured so much into.

Cheers,

Erin.
