Announcing a new Meetup for The Visalia Meetup Group!

What: Easy Day Snowshoeing in Sequoia Park

When: January 23,[masked]:00 AM

The Wuksachi Lodge
Sequioa National Park 47050 Generals Highway
Three Rivers, CA 93277

Hi Everyone,

Well my New Years Resolution is to get off my fat a@#" and do more outside activities, so I am adding a Snowshoeing in Sequoia Park Meetup. Since I am out of shape this will be a easy loop. If the ranger is doing a guided tour I will probably register us for that. I have been snowshoeing here before, but it was years ago.

If we have X country skiers, we could divide the groups, but that would require someone to step up and volunteer to lead the group. So let me know. According to the website we can rent at the lodge, and I am pretty sure we can rent here in Visalia at the Sports Zone near Target.

I will give more details (Meetup parking lot, carpooling or van rental, cost (if any) food, drinks) as people RSVP.

Info per the National Park
