Ride the Two Winds, in Reverse!- a gentler hike

Details
I often say our hikes are completely different in the various seasons, or by reversing direction of a loop. Now's your chance to see if the Titular Head is talking out of his Titular...well, you know. We'll be doing a route we did a short while ago, but in the opposite direction.

Dos Vientos is one of the newer communities in the Conejo Valley, and a host of single track trails has been added to existing Edison access roads to form a network of trails that take us from civilization to wilderness in minutes.
This is a 6 mile loop hike with 900' roller coastering feet of elevation gain and loss.
Along the way, we'll get distant views of Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, the Santa Monica Mts., two of the Channel Islands, the Pacific Coast, a secluded pond, and more wide open space than you'll ever need.

This is a gentler hike. We will go at a more moderate pace than a regular Trailblazer hike, and we'll take more breaks. The purpose is to give novice and intermediate hikers who may feel they're not up to a regular hike a chance to get out and experience our beautiful trails. Faster hikers are welcome to come along, with the understanding that the hike is geared toward those who want to go at an easier pace.
Directions:
From the 101 Freeway in Newbury Park, exit at Borchard Road. Drive 3.4 miles and turn into the Dos Vientos Community Park on the right, just after Via Ricardo (and before Via Las Brisas). Meet at the south-east corner of the parking lot.
