In the process of living, it is inevitable that we encounter loss or even trauma of some degree. When confronted with trying circumstances, one way that people cope is by psychologically distancing or numbing their emotions. Indigenous people call it soul loss. Part of us flees the pain, and even after we have moved beyond the shock and healed much of the troubling experience, we feel somehow lessened.

Soul retrieval is the process of journeying to other dimensions to rescue and restore those lost parts of ourselves. Once reintegrated, these missing pieces of ourselves bring wisdom, and talents that we've not before been able to tap.

This workshop is actually a sacred ceremony in which we help each other reclaim those lost pieces of ourselves and learn to reintegrate them into our consciousness and our lives, experiencing increased energy, clarity and sense of wholeness.
