Just about every solo business professional has something important they want to achieve in any given year. And we're all hungry for tips on how to achieve it.

I'm no expert on achieving goals. (I leave that to the Tony Robbins’ of the world.) But I have accomplished some big things over the years, professional and personal. And yes, I've also failed – sometimes spectacularly – to achieve other goals I'd set for my business and life.

Recently, I looked at why I failed sometimes and yet achieved so much at other times. And realised much success came when I had support.

I found support gave me the "stick to it" motivation I needed to get through the inevitable frustrations and fatigue I faced when going for a goal.

With this realisation, I decided to find a Meetup group that would offer the kind of support I need and discovered there was no such group! So decided to create a solo professional support group myself!
