Olfactory Poetry Workshop

Details
It's time for poetry.. smelly poetry! We'll be getting together in the home of Dadaism to do some cross-fertilization of the senses: write poetry based on scents.
This is based on the following exercise from Jacaranda Press:http://www.jacarandapress.org/writing/poetry/nasturtium.shtml It seems we're never as lost for words as when it comes to smell. As such, the hope is that some fragrant prompts would jolt us out of our usual relationship to words, which would enable us to get over the "I don't know how to write poetry" hurdle.
As a fan of both poetry and perfume, I’ve written my share of poetry based on smell. A search for “smell” in my poetry blog came back with far more results than I expected:http://archmemory.blogspot.ch/search?q=smell I'll be providing an assortment of unnamed rare scents (niche perfumes) for the exercise; you bring your nose and writing utensils!
