If you're like me, you just want to get together with cool people in your area for a scooter ride up and down the awesome coastline on which you live. The problem is these people don't exist. The closest scooter clubs are up in LA, OC or in downtown SD. You're in Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista and they just don't let you load your Ruckus on the train and head to LA for the day (which would be sick btw). Are you: 1) in Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, 2) a Scooter owner, 3) and ready for random scooter rides around town with a bunch of others?
