what is this all about?

The beginning of something very special for Milwaukee! The first Friday of every month, we will get together with the opportunity of...

BEing uniquely YOU, feeling free, living from your heart, connecting with your community and collectively raising the vibration of consciousness through celebration . Peace, love, unity, respect and responsibility.

The event opens at 6:30pm with a 45 minute yoga class perfect for those of all levels of experience.

Also, beginning at 6:30pm
A special Yoga class just for KIDS!!!

Opening Circle Ceremony at 7:30pm
Host John Stuart opens the circle with a meditation tuned in to the theme of sacred space, community and celebration.

8:00 - 9:00pm we will amp the vibe a bit with an open sound circle/jam session led by our featured musicians: The Sound Alchemists. Bring your drums or any other favorite musical instrument and get your jam on!

Between 7:30 - 9pm and 10:30 - Midnight, we will have healing and creative spaces set up for your pleasure and enjoyment. Our featured practitioners request $15 for 15 minutes. You may make other arrangements with them, at their discretion.

9:00-10:30pm, is an open mic format Creative Expression Circle led by Jody Pogo. this month's featured Poet/ Expressionist is Peaceful Paul.

This is on a sign-up basis and each performer has 3 minutes to take the floor and share their creative energy with the circle (poetry, spoken word, live music, dance - any creative performance). It's your stage and we are sharing in it! This is held in the highest vibration of love and support. Each person receives heart felt support and honor for their creative expression. Elevate the room! Each month, we will have a featured creative artist that will open and close the circle with pieces of their work, as well as announce those that sign up to perform.

At 10:30pm, we get down!!! It's a celebration!!! John Stuart will kick up the groove and raise the vibe! The music plays until everyone leaves...

Let loose, release, open up, be free and allow the music to take over! No fear, no judgment... just love, just freedom of expression and CELEBRATION of life!!
