Practitioner of the Month:
Howard Davis, Certified Yoga Instructor
Teaches a weekly Tuesday morning Hatha Yoga (his intuitive specialty) at The GATEWAY from 10:15-11:15AM and also facilitates Gong Meditation as scheduled (a pupil of renowned Gong Master Harijiwan Singh).
Howard became a certified Level I kundalini yoga teacher in 1998 and graduate of Level II module in Conscious Communication with Yogi Bhajan in Espanola, New Mexico.
